- Location – consider where you live, competition, growth and opportunities
- Do you want a brand new ‘ greenfield site’ which may take 2-3 years to generate profits or an established business which could generate an income straight away ?
- Do you have a brand preference ?
- Finances-have you started the conversation with your accountant/banker/financial planner for funding purchase, stock, working capital, legal & financial costs and finally brand related entry fees ?
- Will this be a business as an owner operator or run under management and will the brand accept this ?
Once you have considered these areas and assessed if this is the road for you its time to start looking.

If any of these businesses are what you feel will be a perfect fit, you will be asked to fill in a Confidentiality Agreement. We are then able to release information regarding the specifics of the business to you – knowing that you will keep the details private.
From that point – inspection/s, offer, Expression of Interest, negotiations on terms and time frames, Sales Advice or Contract, work with your accountant and legal team to complete due diligence and Contract terms, work with corporate head offices for approvals and then handover!
