What Does a Professional Business Broker Do?

  • We strictly adhere to Fair Trade and real estate/business sale industry standards across all of our listings & sales.
  • Per above we maintain accurate and current pricing guides with our listed businesses
  • We prepare and maintain Business Profiles that are accurate , represent the business in a light approved by vendor as well as working within Corporate guidelines .
  • We prepare and maintain Business ad scripts for internet publication that are accurate , represent the business in a light approved by vendor as well as working within Corporate guidelines .
  • We receive, review and screen potential purchase enquires.
  • We strictly follow Confidentiality parameters – and hold Confidentiality Agreement from potential purchasers wanting to expand their enquires into the business
  • We communicate an overview of all enquires received with our vendors.
  • We advise potential purchasers of the following: the nature of the business, requirements and expectations from Head Office including entry requirements & costs, etc.
  • We conduct physical inspections with suitable purchasers and follow up with purchaser, their advisors as
  • We conduct introductions with Corporate Head Offices and prospective purchasers provide follow up feed back to purchasers , vendors and advisors if applicable.
  • We receive offers in writing and present and discuss with vendors and advisors if required.
  • We conduct negotiations with vendor and purchaser and secure fair and reasonable outcomes in accordance with vendor instructions and Corporate expectations.
  • We generate Sales Advices(NSW) /Contract (QLD) capturing negotiations and forward to legal teams, advisors, accountants as needed.
  • We follow up contract clauses including assignment of lease (if applicable), finance clause (if applicable) etc
  • We have strong and professional relationships with accountants who specialize in the tyre industry to assist our purchasers with their due diligence.
  • We have a professional relationship with finance brokers who help potential purchasers with lending options
  • We have a referral group of legal teams who understand and have extensive experience within the tyre shop industry
  • We liase with Corporate Head Office to ensure contract terms are falling within handover periods including training, settlement time, finance and other contract requirements
